At least 1 week after completing testing, you will have a second appointment with Dr. Mouras. This appointment is scheduled during the Clinical Interview at your first appointment.

 

During this feedback appointment, Dr. Mouras will review your test results, her diagnostic conclusions, and discuss treatment recommendations. This is also the time for you to ask any questions you may have about the evaluation and/or the report. The feedback appointment is 30 minutes and may be conducted in person at the Valley MedPsych office or over the phone.

Your report will also be available at the feedback appointment. Following completion of the feedback, we will send the report back to your referring physician (or whomever you have authorized us to release your report to). Your report is only released to the individual(s) specified on the Authorization for Release of Information form that you completed on day 1 of your appointment. ​​

The report written by Dr. Mouras is typically several pages and includes relevant biographical and medical background information about you, as well as a summary of your test results and Dr. Mouras' clinical interpretation of those results. The reasoning for the diagnosis (or lack thereof) is also explained, followed by treatment recommendations and helpful resources.
